Your Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC units on commercial job sites
- Perform regular maintenance and system inspections
- Train junior technicians as needed
- Communicate with clients in a professional, service-first manner
- Order and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
- Ensure full compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards
What You Bring:
- 3 years experience in residential, commercial or industrial HVAC service and installation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Full-time availability (Monday through Friday)
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
- A dependable, safety-focused, team-first attitude
