Typical Host responsibilities include seating guests, taking reservations, heavy emphasis on carryout orders (eventually), and phone calls. Must be tech-computer savvy as this position requires candidates to answer heavy phone calls, and take reservations using computer and Yelp Reservations. Plus, using our P.O.S. system and cash register for carryout and delivery orders.
We want someone who is personable yet professional, as the Host is the first person a guest interacts with. Our ideal candidate makes a good first impression and treats our guests like family. We hope for someone who can build a rapport with our guests and keep them coming back. Candidates with previous experience as a Host or working in Front of the House restaurant positions are encouraged to apply!
