Glowy Med Spa is a family-owned Skin & Aesthetics Clinic in Murphy, TX. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate esthetician to join our team part-time and help us continue growing our practice.
This role is best suited for someone who already has a strong foundation in skin health, client care, and treatment planning. We will provide training on our specific treatment protocols and approach, but we are looking for someone who can confidently evaluate skin, understand common skin concerns, and recommend appropriate treatment options.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing microneedling treatments
- Performing customized chemical peels
- Performing laser hair removal
- Evaluating clients’ skin and concerns
- Developing appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educating clients on treatments, expectations, and aftercare
- Documenting treatments and maintaining proper clinical standards
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Contributing to the growth of a small, hands-on practice
What we’re looking for:
- Current Texas esthetician license
- Current Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician certification/license
- Hands-on experience with laser hair removal
- Experience with microneedling and professional chemical peels
- Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, contraindications, and treatment selection
- Comfortable independently conducting skin assessments and consultations
- Professional, personable, reliable, and confident communicating with clients
- Genuine interest in skin health and medical aesthetics
- Willingness to learn and follow Glowy Med Spa's treatment protocols

We’re a small, family-owned Skin & Aesthetics Clinic that is actively growing and strengthening our team. Because our team is small, every person has a meaningful role in the client experience and growth of the practice.
We’re looking for someone who is excited to bring their experience to the clinic, contribute ideas, help improve how we operate, and grow with us over time. In return, we provide training on our specific protocols, treatments, and approach to patient care although we have much to work on.
