Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in food presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes that delight our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely meal delivery.
- Follow all food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient kitchen environment focused on excellent service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and support smooth operations.
