Salt River Veterinary Specialists is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and service-oriented Veterinary Client Concierge to become the welcoming face of our growing specialty referral hospital.
This is more than a front desk position. As the first person our clients meet, you will help create a calm, welcoming environment for families during some of the most emotional moments of their pets' lives. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail will shape every client's experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
No previous veterinary experience is required.
We believe exceptional hospitality can be taught to very few—but veterinary medicine can be taught to the right person. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and are eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
Whether you've worked as a barista, hotel concierge, restaurant host, retail associate, airline customer service representative, front desk coordinator, or in another hospitality-focused role, we encourage you to apply.
What You'll Do
~Welcome every client and patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
~Create an exceptional hospitality experience from arrival through departure
~Assist with client check-in and check-out
~Maintain our coffee bar, reception area, and client spaces so they remain clean, organized,
and inviting throughout the day
- Escort clients to exam rooms when appropriate
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling during busy periods
- Support the reception team with administrative tasks
- Help keep appointments flowing smoothly
- Provide comfort and guidance to clients during both happy and difficult visits
- Work closely with doctors, technicians, and client service representatives to ensure a seamless client experience

Hospitality and customer service experience is highly valued. Veterinary experience is not
required.
Ideal backgrounds may include:
- Coffee shops (Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Black Rock, etc.)
- Hotels and resorts
- Concierge or guest services
- Country clubs
- Fine dining or restaurant hosting
- Retail customer service (Nordstrom, Apple, Lululemon, etc.)
- Medical or dental reception
- Anyone looking to begin a meaningful career in veterinary medicine
