To keep pace with our continued growth we are seeking several Installation Technicians to add to our staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install and service all security components including fire and carbon monoxide detection, cameras, alarm panels, software, cabling, networking and access control systems.
- Follow and complete required processes of wired and wireless technology and connection procedures.
- Test and validate system signals and communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
- Diagnose causes of problems and or failures in systems for the purposes of identifying equipment and system repairs and replacement needs.
Qualifications:
- A customer focused and customer driven mindset.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or within a team to accomplish a goal with respect to project deadlines
- Technical aptitude
- Strong verbal communication. Willingness to communicate with the team regarding the project scope, schedule, project related issues and proposed solutions.
- Two years experience installing security systems, access control, alarm and/or video systems or equivalent experience
- Mindfulness of job site. Ensuring materials are kept safe, secure and out of the way during construction and that all job sites are left in a pristine manner. Tools and supplies are to be returned to the shop upon job completion.
- Strong desire to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Savvy electronic experience / IT networking experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
