What You’ll Do (Besides Being a Total Hero)

Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that keeps patients at the center of everything you do.

Collaborate with physicians, providers, and your nursing colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document patient stories in our electronic health record.

Educate patients and their families to promote healing and understanding.

Respond to emergencies with calm, grace and maybe after that, a well-deserved cup of coffee or tea.

Share feedback and insights with peers, leadership, and our Chief Nursing Officer to keep improving patient care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Current RN License in Washington State or a Multi-State Compact Nursing License

CPR/BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, TNCC or others may be required depending on unit—we’ll help you get them!)
