Our team is passionate about quality, and we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us in our cultivation facility.
Position Overview
The Cultivation Specialist/Technician will work directly with the cultivation team to care for plants through all stages of growth. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a willingness to work in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of plant care including watering, pruning, trellising, harvesting, drying, and transplanting
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests, poor health, or nutrient deficiencies
- Monitor HVAC and irrigation system always ensuring proper function, identifying any abnormalities or issues with temperature, humidity, lighting, irrigation, or CO2
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grow environment in compliance with established SOPs and state regulations
- Harvest and process cannabis plants while adhering to strict quality and safety standards
- Accurately complete all required documentation and inventory tracking
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all company SOPs, state compliance rules, and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in horticulture, agriculture, and cannabis cultivation required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- basic mathematics required to accurately carry out measurements, weighing, and calculations
- Comfortable with physical labor, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain all required state/federal background clearances/IIC
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays required.

Compensation: $22-26 per hour depending on experience
