Locations to choose from: North Mountain | Surprise | Apache Junction| Peoria
Highlights:
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- No weekends
- Outpatient only
- 12–14 patients per day
- Limited phone-only call rotation
- Base + Bonus potential up to approximately $312K annually
Requirements:
- Board Certified IM or FM
- Active State License & unrestricted DEA
- Outpatient experience preferred
