Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Clinical Medical Assistant to support our providers in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
- Assist physician/PA with exams and procedures
- Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
- Collect and process lab specimens
- Document accurately in EMR
- Handle prescription refills and patient follow-up
- Maintain medical supply inventory and emergency equipment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
