Inspired Connection Agency is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on accountability, efficiency, and professionalism while working independently with a variety of local business clients.
The Content Creator will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content, editing short-form videos for social media, and collaborating directly with clients to plan and execute content shoots. This position requires strong time management skills, clear communication, and a commitment to representing our agency and clients at a high professional standard.
This role is for individuals only. Agencies, subcontracting firms, or creative companies should not apply.
<Responsibilities>
- Travel to client locations to capture video content using provided equipment and/or personal devices
- Edit content into 15–30 second short-form videos optimized for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Work directly and independently with clients to schedule content shoots and coordinate timelines
- Maintain a professional presence when interacting with clients and representing the agency
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Utilize social media tools such as Meta Business Suite and SocialPilot to support content workflows
- Collaborate internally with the agency team to align content with client marketing strategies
- Stay up to date on trends in:
- Social media content creation
- Video editing techniques
- Digital marketing and platform updates
- Maintain organized file structures and deliverables for each client project
- Follow agency processes, workflows, and brand guidelines consistently
<Experience>
- Experience creating video content using a smartphone and/or camera
- Experience editing video content using tools such as CapCut or similar editing applications
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative ideas for social media content
- Experience operating drones or working with drone footage (preferred, not required)
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital content creation, supported by a portfolio showcasing visual storytelling
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite and SocialPilot
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without close supervision
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times
