In this role, you’ll design and support complex network infrastructures, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and help drive the evolution of our network architecture. Your deep expertise in routing protocols, large-scale networking, and resilient design will be essential as we continue to grow.

Architect, deploy, and manage large-scale network infrastructures aligned with company standards and future-focused initiatives.

Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot core routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS.

Implement and support expansive Layer 3 and MPLS environments.

Apply your understanding of fiber-optic service delivery and backbone connectivity to ensure network resiliency.

Perform routine and advanced network maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and security hardening.

Conduct modeling, analysis, and forecasting to maintain a high-performance, reliable network ecosystem.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers.

Monitor and enhance network performance through proactive analysis and optimization.

Champion network security and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience working with large-scale network environments.

Deep expertise with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS.

Proven experience with Layer 2, Layer 3, and MPLS network architectures.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience working with major network platforms such as Juniper and Cisco.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., JNCIS, JNCIP) are highly preferred.
