We are hiring for the following role: Teacher
As a Teacher in our center, you will play a key role in shaping the developmental journey of young children. You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with our play-based curriculum
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating child care environment
- Support children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development
- Prepare children for kindergarten by introducing structured learning in a supportive way
- Manage daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap time
- Maintain consistent communication with parents using our classroom management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of care and education
Teachers will also take ownership of classroom management and support leadership directives.
- A strong interest in early childhood education and child development
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or child care (1 year required)
- Completion of required DCF hours

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 depending upon previous experience and education.
