Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling with precision and creativity
- Provide happy, caring, to enhance client satisfaction
- Utilize salon software systems like Shortcuts for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client loyalty and salon revenue
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling payments efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in kids haircutting services
- Proficiency in salon software systems for scheduling and client management
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized care and recommendations
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine customer relationships
