Initial onsite period transitions to hybrid
- 3 months 100% onsite for training and acclimation to project team
- Switch to hybrid 1 week in office / 1 week from home (once approved) for rest of term
Project requirements necessitate adjustment to hybrid schedule
- Project milestone events like design reviews (CoDR, PDR, CDR), prototype build, prototype shakedown testing, and pilot runs, for example, come before the week on/week off schedule
- Reasonable accommodations will be made but project needs must come first
- For example, if contractor is onsite 2 consecutive weeks they could work with their manager to work from home the next 2 weeks.
