Title: Executive Assistant
Location: St. Helena, CA (100% Onsite)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2–3 month contract; potential to extend
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $45–55/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the CEO while assisting the president and director of business development.
- Manage executive calendars, travel, expenses, reimbursements, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, mail, vendors, landlord communications, onboarding logistics, and office organization.
- Track company credit card expenses, project purchases, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate company events and administrative initiatives.
- Support the CEO's personal business affairs, including travel, investment properties, banking, AP/AR, and financial coordination.
Experience:
- 5+ years supporting executives in an executive assistant or office manager capacity.
- Experience supporting multiple executives, including C-level leadership.
- Strong office operations and workplace management experience.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and personal assistant responsibilities.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Mac or PC environment
