What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will manage the full recruiting cycle while developing trusted relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and community partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, office, executive, and professional positions
- Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Creating and posting compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Interviewing, screening, and evaluating bilingual candidates
- Matching candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals with client hiring needs
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Serving as a trusted liaison among clients, candidates, temporary employees, and internal team members
- Supporting and coaching temporary employees to promote strong performance, engagement, and retention
- Conducting client meetings and providing responsive, solutions-focused service
- Resolving employee and client concerns professionally and promptly
- Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional staffing and workforce solutions
- Representing ATL Search Group at job fairs, hiring events, client locations, and community recruiting initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and timely recruiting records and candidate information
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- An experienced recruiter with at least two years of recruiting experience
- Results-driven, resourceful, and motivated by goals
- Skilled at building trust with candidates, employees, and clients
- Passionate about helping people advance professionally
- Comfortable using social media and multiple job boards to attract talent
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- A strong communicator with excellent customer-service skills
- Positive, dependable, and collaborative
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in professional growth and future leadership opportunities
Qualifications
- Two or more years of recruiting experience required; two to five years preferred
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, communication, and customer-service skills
- Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, office, or professional positions preferred
- Experience using job boards, social media, and candidate-sourcing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally to client locations, job fairs, and community events
Schedule and Travel
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Some evening and weekend availability is required for recruiting events and business needs
- Local travel and occasional travel outside Georgia are required
