Hot 8 Yoga is expanding our management team!
Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio and we're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Assistant Directors to join our growing company.
Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Strength, Yin).
Previous management experience is required!
Responsibilities include:
- Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Oversee inventory
- Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts
- Lots of cleaning!
- Host Teacher Trainings
