- Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Computer Science, Computer Information Services or Software Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.

Six Sigma and/or ITIL a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Data or Business Analyst.
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Visio and MS Project.
Project management experience a plus.
Understands the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Highly analytical with solid problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and presentation skills.
Genuine interest and a desire to learn new technologies.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Completes all responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet co-worker and client needs and remain cost effective.
