Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
- Willingness to present yourself professionally, including clean-cut appearance, courteous conduct, and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to job sites and training locations
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
