Journeyman & Master Electricians – Up to $35/Hour
Atek Electric & Mechanical is hiring experienced Journeyman and Master Electricians.

We are an industrial electrical and mechanical contractor serving South Central Kentucky, specializing in industrial service. The large majority of our work is in manufacturing and industrial facilities, with commercial work making up a smaller portion of what we do.
Our electricians aren't doing the same thing every day. Our work ranges from troubleshooting and repairs to equipment installations, plant upgrades, shutdown work, controls, power distribution, and new installations. We have built our company around long-term relationships with our industrial customers, quality work, and taking care of the people who work for us.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced Journeyman and Master-level electricians who:
- Have strong industrial electrical experience
- Are comfortable working in active manufacturing and industrial facilities
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently and as part of a crew
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Understand the importance of safety
- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Want a long-term position with a growing company
Experience with industrial equipment, motors, controls, VFDs, conduit, panels, power distribution, equipment installation, troubleshooting, shutdowns, and plant maintenance/service work is especially valuable.
Commercial electrical experience is also useful, but industrial service is the core of what we do.
