We are a growing property management company focused on providing great housing experiences and strong customer service. DW Properties is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Leasing Agent who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping properties stay fully occupied.
We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent who combines strong people skills and sales ability with organization, initiative, and attention to detail in property inspections and unit readiness.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident communicating with people, and able to take initiative without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and online leads
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Follow up consistently with prospective residents
- Convert leads into signed leases
- Assist with marketing and social media advertising
- Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing records
- Process applications and assist with move-in paperwork
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
- Help maintain occupancy goals and leasing traffic
- Assist with resident retention and customer service
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections
- Document unit conditions accurately with notes and photos
- Identify maintenance concerns and communicate with maintenance staff
- Assist with unit-turn coordination and readiness for new residents
- Ensure company standards and property conditions are maintained
Qualifications

- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to notice detail and document property conditions thoroughly
- Comfortable walking units, stairs, and properties regularly
- Ability to professionally communicate inspection findings and resident concerns
