We are seeking dependable, high-energy individuals committed to making a meaningful impact in youth development. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong leadership, consistency, and active engagement.
Counselors lead and supervise daily activities (sports, arts, field trips), ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment while supporting participants’ growth and success.

Dates: June ASAP – August 8
Schedule: Monday –Friday, 8 –4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively engage youth at all times
- Lead structured activities and manage group behavior
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of participants
- Enforce camp rules and emergency procedures
- Support field trips and off-site activities
- Communicate with staff and families professionally
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and behavior management skills
- Ability to stay engaged and active throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn)
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Preferred:
- 1+ year childcare/youth experience
- First Aid/CPR Certification
Compensation & Location
- $22.50/hour (approx.)
- On-site: 5777 Chantry Drive
