Once licensed, you step directly into a producing Loan Officer role with inbound leads waiting for you.

- Start learning how to build and manage a lucrative pipeline.
Phase 2: The Payoff (Licensed Loan Officer)
- Upon licensure, you transition immediately into a full Loan Officer role.
- Say goodbye to cold calling: You will receive consistent inbound leads and live transfers every single day.
- Focus on selling: You’ll have a dedicated in-house processing team to handle the paperwork so you can keep closing.
- The Ramp-Up: Enjoy a base salary plus commission for your first 60 days to support your pipeline growth.
- The Long Game: Earn a massive 100 BPS flat payout on every loan you close (uncapped, no rollbacks, no tiered structures).
