Legacy MD Club is a physician-guided longevity platform transforming healthcare through advanced biomarker testing, biological age tracking, AI-powered health intelligence, and personalized physician-led care.

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial physician to join as a Founding Physician and help shape the future of digital longevity medicine. This is a unique opportunity to become an equity partner in an innovative healthcare company and play a foundational role in building the next generation of personalized, preventive care.

About the Role
As a Founding Physician, you will provide virtual clinical care while helping define the future of our platform. You’ll combine your clinical expertise with advanced biomarker data and AI-powered health intelligence to deliver personalized, evidence-based care that empowers members to improve their long-term health and longevity.
AI is designed to enhance, not replace, your clinical judgment. Our platform analyzes complex health data to surface actionable insights, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional, personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual physician consultations with members across the United States.
- Review and interpret comprehensive biomarker panels, biological age testing, and advanced laboratory results.
- Utilize AI-powered health insights to support clinical decision-making and develop personalized care plans.
- Evaluate members for evidence-based therapies, including hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and peptide therapies when clinically appropriate.
- Monitor member progress through ongoing virtual follow-up care and longitudinal biomarker tracking.
- Collaborate with health coaches and the clinical team to deliver a seamless, high-touch member experience.
- Help develop clinical protocols, best practices, and standards of care as Legacy MD Club grows.
- Contribute to the evolution of an innovative digital health platform focused on prevention, optimization, and longevity.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or another primary care specialty.
- Active medical licenses in multiple U.S. states (20+ active licenses strongly preferred).
- Telemedicine experience preferred.
- Passion for preventive medicine, longevity, metabolic health, hormone optimization, and personalized healthcare.
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance clinical care.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
