Responsibilites include:
- Prepare breakfast and brunch items to order with speed and consistency
- Daily food preparation for your station items
- Daily cleanliness/sanitation/food safety of assigned station.
- Attention to detail: ability to follow recipes, specific portions and quality presentation
- Strong egg skills - ability to cook eggs ALL ways!
- Prepare breakfast and brunch items to order with consistency and speed
- Restocking the station as needed throughout the day and at the end
- Works well with all team members - communicates clearly with the front-of-house staff and with other cooks to ensure smooth service
- Multi-tasking and able to handle high volume in a very fast paced kitchen
Great hours - cafe is open 7:00 -2:00 daily - closed Tuesday. Must be available for work any shift and all days.
Hourly $17 plus GREAT TIPS ($3-6 additionally per hour) and a fun and fabulous team! and NO LATE NIGHTS!
