As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for results not excuses.
Deliver A+ landscape standards on every visit
Protect the LLG brand on every property
Identify and correct issues before clients ever notice
Lead and hold your team accountable
Hit budgeted labor hours
Drive efficiency without sacrificing quality
Enforce safety at all times
Maintain clean, organized, rollout-ready trucks

Experience leading landscape maintenance crews
Strong knowledge of turf, pruning, and plant health
Ability to manage labor hours and production efficiency
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work outdoors and remain hands-on
