Our Facility is seeking an Registered Nurse Supervisor available to work full-time 40 hours per week for the 3:00-11:30pm shift.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current RN State license and registration
- CPR/BLS certification
- Resume
- Physical
- MMR Titers
- PPD or proof of chest X ray if positive
- Proof of COVID 19 Vaccine
- 2 Reference letters
- Original Social Security Card
- Original Non-expired Gov't Issued Photo Identification
- Original Proof of Citizenship / Immigration (Example of documents: Birth Cert, Green Card, Resident Card)
