```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Check-in patients and verify their personal information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate office activities and ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, and printers.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other office management software is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in event planning or coordinating is beneficial for organizing office events
