LGG Industrial is looking for a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist to support customers throughout the Pittsburgh area by managing inventory, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers improve their operations.

What You'll Do
As a Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist, you'll spend approximately 60% of your time working directly at customer locations managing inventory and supporting customer operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain inventory levels at multiple customer sites using inventory scanning technology.
- Deliver products from the local branch using a company van or box truck.
- Receive, stock, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and resolving issues quickly.
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts by recognizing additional product needs.
- Partner with Sales Representatives and branch teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately.
- Implement inventory scanning tools and recommend process improvements.
- Follow all LGG Industrial and customer safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
- 3+ years of customer service, sales, or service-related experience.
- Inventory control experience required.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as business needs require.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening when required.
