Greenwood Chevrolet in Hubbard is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales / Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both sales and finance and is looking to continue growing their career in a fast-paced dealership environment.
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can step confidently into finance responsibilities when needed while continuing to drive vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. The right candidate is organized, competitive, dependable, and works well as part of a close-knit team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Support finance operations and step into Finance Manager responsibilities as needed
- Present financing and protection product options to customers
- Help maintain compliance and accuracy in deal paperwork
- Work closely with sales and management teams to drive store performance
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales and/or automotive finance experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and deliver a great customer experience
- Proven track record of meeting performance goals
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Requirements:
- Ability to perform Finance Manager duties during manager absences and vacations
- Willingness to attend professional training, which may include out-of-town travel
- Full-time availability, including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug, and MVR)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
