WHAT WE OFFER

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
- 3 to 5 weeks of paid on-the-job training with an experienced mentor
- One-on-one focus on mountain driving, safety, and ELD compliance
- Paid orientation and a smooth transition to solo driving

- The Fleet: New 20242025 Freightliners and Kenworths (APU equipped)
- Freight: 100% No-touch dry van (70% drop and hook)

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Completion of 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical/drug screen
