RRG is hiring a Marketing Manager to run the day-to-day execution of our marketing function. We need a dynamic marketing professional to come in and help us own execution, manage the details, and keep marketing moving across campaigns, content, systems, and lead flow.
This role sits at the top of the funnel and is responsible for driving awareness, creating & managing lead flow, supporting revenue teams, and keeping marketing operations organized across channels. The right candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing daily marketing activity across paid media, content, website updates, CRM workflows, events, and sales support materials.
What You’ll Do
- Execute the company’s existing marketing strategy across brand, content, paid ads, events, partner marketing, newsletters, case studies, social media, and more.
- Manage the day-to-day marketing calendar, priorities, timelines, and follow-through
- Own and optimize campaigns in Meta and Google Ads
- Utilize Go High Level (GHL) to manage lead capture, automations, CRM workflows, funnel management, and follow-up
- Increase qualified lead volume from approximately 250 leads/month to 750 leads/month
- Improve website performance, lead capture, and conversion paths
- Manage CRM routing and tagging so leads are properly assigned by source, channel, and team
- Coordinate and maintain key marketing and sales enablement materials, including:
- sales decks
- partner pitch materials
- clinic collateral
- VIP materials
- international assets and partner kits
- case studies and supporting content
- Support cross-functional marketing needs for Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Strategic Partners, Clinic Success, and International
- Monitor performance and help optimize using CPL, CAC, ROI, and MQL-to-opportunity conversion metrics Source

Success in this role means marketing runs smoothly every day. Campaigns launch on time, leads are captured and routed correctly, follow-up systems are working, materials are ready when needed, and marketing consistently supports pipeline growth. This person will help turn the existing strategy into consistent execution and measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Go High Level (GHL) — this is required
- Experience managing day-to-day marketing execution across multiple channels
- Experience improving website conversion, lead capture, and funnel performance
- Experience with CRM lead routing, tagging, automation, and attribution
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partner, and account teams
- Excellent communication and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare clinics, medical products, biologics, or a related B2B environment
- Experience supporting partner or channel growth
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to improve execution

Pay: $50,169.87 - $80,258.34 per year
