Your Mission if You Choose to Accept It – Responsibilities…
- Happiness Hero – Yep, you are the first point of contact in the war on mosquitoes and other pesky insects that can ruin outdoor fun. Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries on a daily basis to make sure outside is fun again.
- People Partner – Manage/Train office staff and field technicians on a daily basis while maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.
- Doing It with Style – As the first point of contact for the Mosquito Joe brand, you bring professionalism by following our Mosquito Joe process. In addition, you go above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable customer service experience.
- Communicating with Ownership and Field Technicians – Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues. Close communication with the field technicians to make sure they have the right supplies to service customers.
- Chief Happiness Officer – Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone, text or email. Customer retention is a key element, so ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships is also a very important role you would be playing.
- Wizard of Growth and Acquisition – Customer acquisition is another key element to the growth of our company. Development and implementation of a marketing plan is vital to the growth of our business year-over-year.

- Subject Matter Expert. – You’ll learn the proper guidelines for handling customer calls and identifying needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenue.
- Stay on schedule. – Efficiently schedule service visits and maintaining efficient routes that reduce drive time for field technicians.
- Data Storyteller. – Determine goals based on company performance, set a plan in place to support the goals, implement plan, track the results and make adjustments as needed to ensure company is performing at its best.
Job Requirements…
There are a few minimum requirements for our Part-Time Office Manager:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Prior supervisor/management experience is highly desired, but not required
- Strong administrative, organization, and phone skills
- Some basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

The pay range for this part-time position is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour and depends on prior experience and skill set.
