Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team! The Donation Center is the hub of all operations for MUST Ministries Programming responsibility associated The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the transportation of goods and donations and warehouse inventory.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, storing and managing product inventory
- Receive and organize in kind donations in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive company box trucks to deliver food, clothing, and furniture to all MUST locations as needed. Drive company box trucks to pick up food donations and deliver barrels as needed.
- Load and unload trucks with the assistance of volunteers and/or community service workers.
- Assist in the supervision of volunteers and community service workers to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
- Assist Operations Manager with, managing and monitoring community service workers.
- Maintain safe working environment for all staff and donation center visitors
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe donation center
- Perform other duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience required.
- Some leadership and delivery driving experience preferred.
- Candidate must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent customer service skills as well excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work and interact with a diverse variety of individuals.
- Ability to operate a hand truck, dolly, wheeled carts and pallet jack; Prior forklift experience a plus.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and compliance with MUST driver guidelines.
- Ability to drive a box truck. Medical DOT certification a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
