Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring timely service in a quick service and fast food setting.
- Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Supervise and train staff on food handling, safety procedures, POS systems (including Toast), and customer service standards.
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen and dining areas.
- Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and fostering ongoing staff development through training & development initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns swiftly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, food production planning, and implementing strategies to boost sales and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a food service environment, preferably within casual dining or quick service restaurants.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, food safety protocols, and staff training & development.
- Prior roles involving restaurant management or hospitality management are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment.

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
