Personal Trainer / Assisted Stretch Specialist / Group Fitness Coach

Workforce Health Analytics LLC is a growing corporate wellness company that helps businesses create healthier, happier, and more productive employees. We provide on-site personal training, assisted stretching, group fitness classes, wellness assessments, nutrition coaching, and educational workshops throughout Central Indiana.
We are looking for an enthusiastic fitness professional who enjoys helping people improve their health while building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead one-on-one personal training sessions
- Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions (training provided)
- Teach fun and engaging 30-minute group fitness classes
- Conduct fitness assessments
- Provide basic nutrition coaching and healthy lifestyle guidance
- Help clients improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness
- Maintain professional communication and client records
- Travel to corporate client locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field preferred
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in personal training, fitness, wellness, or a related field
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals
