At Tri-State Water, Power & Air, we don’t just install generators—we keep them running when homeowners need them most. As a Service Technician / Helper, you’ll support our Service Team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential standby generator systems while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist technicians with routine maintenance, inspections, and service calls on residential generator systems
- Support basic troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostics under guidance
- Handle tools, parts, and materials for service jobs in the field
- Run parts, pick up materials, and help keep service schedules on track
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work vehicles and job sites
- Provide a professional, helpful experience when interacting with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in service/repair work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors and lift/carry equipment as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
