SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- 3+ years of experience as a service advisor in a professional auto repair facility
- Proven ability to build customer trust, present repairs clearly, and close jobs with confidence
- High emotional intelligence. You can read a room, calm tension, and keep things moving
- Genuine humility. You're coachable, you listen, and you don't need to be the loudest voice in the room
- You care about doing right by the customer, every single time
- Comfortable working around transmission and complex diagnostic work
- Values-driven. No drama, no shortcuts, no excuses
- Strong teamwork. You communicate well with technicians, customers, and the rest of the front counter
- Valid driver's license required
