American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with a California state license, ARRT(T) certification, and a minimum of 3 years of radiation oncology experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care cancer center.

Uses Elekta linear accelerator (linac)

Charting performed in Cerner EMR

8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 0730–1600

No weekends, no call, and no floating required

Active California Radiation Therapist (Therapeutic Radiology) license required — license required if applicable

Current ARRT(T) certification required; pending certifications not accepted

Current BLS certification required

Minimum of 3 years of radiation oncology experience

Demonstrated knowledge and skill with radiation therapy equipment including linear accelerators, simulators, dosimetry, and block cutting

A valid driver's license is required for consideration

Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Candidates must not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered
