What We're Looking for:
We are looking for highly dependable and motivated individuals to work with our team of Gate Inspectors at our Minneapolis, MN location. No Experience Necessary, we will train you! Our gate inspectors are responsible for inspecting equipment as it enters and leaves our facilities. This job will require you to spend 70% of the day outside in the weather; can be physically demanding. This is a fast-paced position with a lot of time on your feet.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Driver Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and process transportation drivers upon arrival and departure for equipment servicing, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Equipment Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing chassis, containers, and gensets to identify damage, verify condition, and ensure compliance with repair orders.
- Traffic Coordination: Direct and manage truck traffic at the gate and within the yard to maintain safety and operational flow.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record inspection findings, driver information, and equipment status using handheld devices or digital systems.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury and property damage.
- Environmental Awareness: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a professional and safety-conscious demeanor.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support facility operations and team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must pass Pre-Employment Physical / Drug screen.
- Must have computer skills and be familiar with handheld tablets.
- Must have good customer services skills.
- Must have a great attitude.
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
- Must be willing to work outdoors.
- Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Must be willing to work outside 70% of the time.
- Must be willing to wear company provided personal protective equipment (safety glasses, masks, etc.) Steel Toed boots are required and is the employee’s responsibility.
