Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver and or Helper and be a vital part of ensuring smooth, efficient deliveries to customers every day! Must be able to assist in lifting refrigerators, washer, dryers, dish washers and other appliances and outdoor equipment. Assisting with installation is also a must. In this energetic role, you will assist experienced delivery drivers in loading, unloading, and delivering goods to various locations. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help create memorable customer experiences while supporting our logistics operations. Duties
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading product
- Help carry goods safely into customer locations, ensuring proper handling of heavy lifting tasks
- Support route driving by preparing delivery vehicles, organizing and verifying delivery manifests
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, maintaining safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the driver to ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements
- Follow safety protocols during all loading, unloading, and delivery activities to prevent accidents
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or delivery is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual moving tasks safely and effectively
- Experience operating a box truck is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward customer interactions
