Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Founder - Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our brand’s online presence and growth initiatives. This pivotal role combines entrepreneurial spirit with advanced digital marketing expertise, empowering you to craft compelling campaigns, optimize digital channels, and drive measurable results. As a founder-level professional, you will shape the strategic direction of our digital marketing efforts, leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to build and scale a thriving digital marketing enterprise from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (keyword research, ad copy, bidding, conversion tracking)
- Run our presence on Houzz, Angi, Thumbtack, and Nextdoor
- Create social media content (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) — showroom photos, before/after project shots, short videos
- Track ad spend and ROI; report on performance regularly
- Support marketing for local events and showroom promotions
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads (please share past campaign results)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media management
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or real estate industries is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus
- Self-motivated, comfortable building marketing systems from scratch
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus based on lead generation/conversion results. Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
