Travel LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care assignment in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a skilled nursing setting providing quality care to residents while earning competitive weekly pay.
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Shift: Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), & Nights (11 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
- Location: Oneonta, NY, 13820
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards of care
Requirements
- Active LPN License
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced resident care environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $39.00 - $44.00 per hour
