We are a growing boutique immigration law firm seeking a full-time Immigration Jr. Case Manager to join our team. Duties and Responsibility
- Prepare and file immigration applications with the Departments of Homeland Security, State, Justice, and Labor
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates
- Create client instructions, procedural guidance, and document checklists
- Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Escalate complex issues to attorneys as needed
- Assist with initial client consultations and case intake
- Maintain and manage attorney calendars
- Review translations for accuracy and completeness
- Update and maintain template documents and internal resources
- Support and improve internal workflows and case processes
- Maintain and update the case management system
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of hands-on immigration case management experience required, preferably in employment-based immigration
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail
