Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hybrid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide in-home behavioral therapy services on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client needs.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide in-home therapy sessions focusing on skill development, behavior reduction, and functional communication.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of interventions across environments.
- Maintain detailed medical records, documentation of patient progress, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Educate families on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and ongoing care plans.
- Ensure patient safety during all interactions by adhering to best practices in patient care and behavioral health.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, or related fields.
- Experience with data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, intake processes, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Prior experience working within behavioral health settings or providing patient care is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a home environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion. Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
