The Role: Roof Lead
We are looking for a powerhouse Roof Lead to run the top-of-roof operations. You are someone who takes great pride in your craftsmanship, loves to learn, and brings a can-do attitude to the job site. You will be responsible for leading by example on the roof, ensuring flawless layout, racking, module installation, and wire management, all while maintaining open lines of communication with the ground team and management.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Solid, proven residential solar installation experience is required (previous leadership experience on the roof is a huge plus).
- Certifications: Must have, or be ready to quickly obtain, manufacturer certifications with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, and other leading manufacturers to indicate your depth of experience.
- License & Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Verification: Must provide professional referrals who can vouch for your work ethic and leadership abilities.
- Portfolio (Highly Preferred): Photos of your past installations, racking layout, or flashing work to showcase your attention to detail.
