Brains & Motion Education (BAM) delivers innovative STEAM, sports, and enrichment programs to students across the country. Behind every great class is reliable technology, and our Warehouse Technical Specialist plays a critical role in making sure our instructors and teams are fully supported with ready-to-go devices and systems.
The Warehouse Technical Specialist is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and supporting BAM’s fleet of computers and devices. This role sits at the intersection of warehouse operations, IT support, and customer service, working closely with our Engineering team, instructors, and warehouse staff to ensure technology is ready, functional, and shipped on time.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is a self-starter, goal-driven, and excited about providing excellent service.

Image, configure, and prepare laptops and devices for instructors and staff

Manage BAM’s device fleet using Zoho MDM, in partnership with the Engineering team

Ensure devices meet BAM standards for security, software, and performance

Track device status, assignments, and readiness

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
-
Evaluate damaged or malfunctioning devices and perform basic repairs when possible

Coordinate repairs, replacements, or decommissioning as needed

Maintain clear documentation of device issues and resolutions

Support high-volume shipping and receiving periods alongside warehouse staff

Ensure technology is packed accurately, securely, and on schedule

Assist with inventory organization and device staging

Provide technical support to instructors and staff across BAM systems and devices

Respond to issues with a service-first, solution-oriented mindset

Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical users

Escalate issues appropriately while owning follow-through

Experience imaging or configuring computers (Windows, ChromeOS, or similar)

Familiarity with device management tools (Zoho MDM a plus)

Basic hardware troubleshooting (laptops, peripherals, networking basics)

Comfortable learning new systems and workflows

On-site role in BAM’s Colorado warehouse
