Titan Cooling Solutions is a rapidly growing commercial refrigeration company specializing in custom walk-in coolers, freezers, and refrigerated environments for businesses across the Southeast.
We're looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Regular Office Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
While these are the standard office hours, this position requires flexibility. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring projects are successfully completed. This may require occasional after-hours communication, evening work, and weekend availability to support active job sites, assist installation crews, resolve customer issues, or address time-sensitive project needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and subcontractors.
- Schedule deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time.
- Track project timelines and keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Communicate with customers from project kickoff through completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Office Coordinators, Service, Shop, and Management.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and project issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable.
- Assist with warranty and service coordination when necessary.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every project.

Qualifications
- Previous Project Management experience preferred.
- Construction experience strongly preferred.
- Commercial refrigeration experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
