We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our apartment community. Your main goal is to welcome visitors and turn them into residents. You will show empty apartments, answer phone calls, and help people fill out rental applications.
Location: Macon, GA
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests: Welcome people who visit the property.
- Give tours: Show empty apartments to future residents.
- Answer questions: Answer phone calls and reply to emails.
- Help with paperwork: Guide people through rental applications using standard property leasing practices.
- Drive marketing: Boost community awareness through active social media posting, online advertising, and local outreach.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of leasing experience in a multifamily complex setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard property leasing practices.
- Core skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Work style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Schedule: Must have the ability to work on weekends.
